Every time we come here, I always tell myself I'm going to get less at the salad bar so that I have room for all the meat. Once again that did not happen. This place has a nice atmosphere with lots of wood and dividers of frosted glass with pictures etched on. There's a bar in the front with seating at the bar and a few tables. There is also a patio outside, but I don't know if that's used. This is a Brazilian steakhouse with a large salad bar. You can pay for just the salad bar, or the salad bar with the all you can eat meat served by "gauchos." When you're seated you receive a wooden block. One side is red one side is green - - if you would like the person serving meat to stop at your table, you make sure the green side is up. If you want them to pass you by you put up the red side. When you are done, you lie the block on its side. The salad bar is really, really good with lots of choices. There is a regular salad with toppings, but there are also a variety of pre-made salads like ceviche, grapes with blue cheese and walnuts, and spicy chicken salad. There is a hot bar to the side. We were there during brunch hours so there were some breakfast items included candy bacon which was delicious. It also had mashed potatoes and beef stroganoff - - I swear this is the best beef stroganoff ever. There are also delicious puffy Brazilian cheese bread. Then while you were at your table, someone comes to your table with different meats on a long skewer. You have it plate with small tongs and he will slice off the amount of meat you want onto your plate. When we were there, there were three people bringing out the meat skewers. While we were there, the gauchos served tri-tip, garlic sirloin, garlic parmesan beef, sausages, bacon-wrapped chicken, sweet and spicy chicken, chicken hearts, glazed ham, and grilled pineapple. Everything is so good, especially when you top it with the chimichurri that's available on the salad bar. I don't know how authentic the food is here, but I do know that I really like it. It's delicious! I always eat way too much here despite my plans to stop before I'm too full. There's never room for dessert, but the dessert tray looks pretty good.

Went for New years and had a pleasant time. The service was great, and our waitress was great at keeping our drinks coming and provided us a quick check out when we were finished. Speaking of drinks, I had one of the best piña coladas of my life. I had a whole pineapple filled with it plus a glass full of the "extra". It was so good. As far as the meats went, overall there were quite a few tasty meats. I prefer my meat on the rarer side, and they did have a few options for that, but it felt like there were a lot more well done options. Also, most of the meats were seasoned well, but not all of them. The highlight for me was the ham, great flavor and very juicy. I would go again just for all the options, but not everything was a winner.

Sun 12/1/24: I should have left 3 stars if it was just based off of our initial experience walking in...however, the food was delicious, my drink was yummy, and all the meat guys were energetic and cool (which I'll come back to) ... When we walked in, it was a little chilly and pretty quiet (while it was about 3:30 on a Sunday so only a third of the restaurant was occupied and the bar area). I was pretty upset that we stood at the front and didn't get greeted for over 3 minutes. Not by the bartender, other servers, nor the host. Had we not wanted to eat there really bad, I might have walked out upset. Especially because I saw the host lean out from the kitchen to peak up to the front and then proceeded to keep doing whatever she was doing for another minute. Neither here nor there, it's whatever. But I wasn't feeling very valued as a patron that day and I've worked in food+beverage for about 7 years including management so I'm pretty familiar. Transitioning to the dining experience, Brielle was sweet but she needs to improve her table maintenance and also a little better communication. She walked past our table many times and most of them, we had to say her name to get checked in on. My table maintenance comment had to do with the fact that we had empty or picked over plates that were either stacked or pushed to edge of table closest to walkway and she went by atleast 3x without picking them up until I finally got her attention to do so. There were only like 2 or 3 plates that could have been picked up (so not THAT many), but when you're at a table for two, the table can get pretty full, pretty fast... As we were nearing the end of our meal and getting pretty full... leads me to my shoutout, Josh was awesome, he noticed we were waiting for something in particular after a few minutes of passing on several meats so he asked us, then went to the kitchen, and let them know so the next person with that meat came almost directly to our table. Great job! Also, Deyon was nice as well. I can't remember any other of the guys names but they were all a pleasure. Overall, I will conclude it was a good experience. Just some tightening up necessary on a few things. PS- I forgot to take pictures of the meat till the END of the meal, as you can see.. I ate a lot of it already hehe

I really like this Brazilian steakhouse. It has a very family-friendly field, which works great for my family. They have items that work great for my five-year-old as well as delicious meat cuts that accommodate the more refined palette. There pineapple that is shaved off the skewer was my little ones favorite dish. We love the fact that all of their buffet bar items are constantly refreshed with fresh servings. The Churrasco meats are my absolute fave and make it to my dreams. The pricing is very affordable. You definitely have to check this place out.

We literally come here just for the pina coladas haha however, NOAH AND ALVIN. If they opened a restaurant and their food was bad, I would still go. Friendly, helpful, funny are my choice words for Alvin the supervising bar tender and for Noah, super polite, great eye contact, and present. He was one of the gentleman that brought the different meats around and his service stick him out to us. Thanks guys! Oh, and obviously the food here is stellar. Upgrade to the full side bar and meats, you will not regret it.

Took a group here today for lunch. First time for all but me. 9 different meats served, sampled all but the chicken hearts which I used to love. Enjoyed all especially the tri tip and chicken garlic Parmesan. Service was excellent. The salad bar lacked depth, but I wasn't there for salad. I will return

We love Rodizio! Basilian steakhouse about breaking the back, especially when birthdays get you a free meal! The new summer dishes were wonderful and on a Friday night, the place was popping off with birthdays everywhere, so always expect it to be loud (in a great way). All of the servers were very nice, but a special shout out to Dallas, who was exceptional, and after we mentioned we liked the meat more on the rare side, he pulled out a more rare cut and would mention anytime the meat was more rare. Thank you!!

Hands down the best Brazilian Steakhouse there is in Arizona. The staff is super accommodating. The food is over the top delicious and there is so many different varieties. When we arrived we were sat immediately. The inside is very open and you can see the meat being cooked. The salad bar was the best with many different options from french fries to salad to ceviche to beans and rice to stew and french toast. I could go on about the salad bar. The meat always came out, hot, fresh, juicy and perfectly seasoned. If there was a particular meat we were waiting for, all we to do was tell the staff and the gaucho bought it in a jiffy. When you go, that brown sugar pineapple will change your life. It is by far the best!! This place is a MUST!

Came by to redeem the BOGO birthday deal! Love that they give you a 2 week window to use it. Normally $48.99/pp. Made a reservation and was seated within 5 minutes of waiting. Really friendly staff, especially the guys who go around with their cuts of meat. One guy was in training and he did a great job. There is a bar and lots of alcoholic options but it's also a casual and family friendly restaurant. There were a lot of families and kids on a Friday night. The meats are obviously what they are famous for - we particularly enjoyed the porks and beef cuts that didn't have cheese on em (those were a little too salty). Also the spicy chicken was sooo tender and good. Salad bar is decent - I enjoyed building my own salad rather than the premixed salads. Hot food bar was just OK. Husband didn't want to get sung to so we got the birthday flan to go haha. Flan was super creamy and yummy. Overall great service and decent food, would return.
